What is TeleSender?

TeleSender is a Chrome extension that automates Telegram marketing tasks including member scraping, bulk messaging, and group invitations. It connects directly to Telegram using the MTProto protocol for reliable, native API access.

Is TeleSender safe to use?

TeleSender includes comprehensive anti-ban protection:

  • Configurable rate limiting
  • Human behavior simulation
  • Adaptive delay systems
  • FloodWait handling

However, any automation carries some risk. We recommend using the "Safe" or "Ultra Safe" profiles and following our best practices.

Does TeleSender work with all Telegram accounts?

Yes, TeleSender works with any standard Telegram account. You'll need:

  • A phone number registered with Telegram
  • Ability to receive SMS verification codes
  • 2FA password if enabled on your account

Installation & Setup

How do I install TeleSender?

  1. Download from Chrome Web Store (or sideload)
  2. Click "Add to Chrome"
  3. Log in with your TeleSender account
  4. Connect your Telegram account

Why can't I log in to my TeleSender account?

Common causes:

  • Incorrect email or password
  • Account not verified (check email)
  • Network connectivity issues

Solutions:

  2. Check spam folder for verification email
  3. Try on a stable internet connection

How do I connect my Telegram account?

  1. Go to SettingsAccounts
  2. Click "Add Account"
  3. Enter your phone number
  4. Enter the verification code sent by Telegram
  5. Enter 2FA password if prompted

Can I use multiple Telegram accounts?

Yes! TeleSender supports multi-account management. On Pro and Business plans, Smart Account Rotation automatically distributes messages across all your accounts with per-account daily limits and health monitoring. If one account gets rate-limited, it instantly switches to the next. You can also import string sessions from Telethon or GramJS to bulk-add accounts. Free and Starter plans support 1-2 accounts respectively (manual switching only).

What permissions does the extension need?

TeleSender requires:

  • Storage — Save your data locally
  • Tabs — Interact with Telegram Web
  • Clipboard — Copy/paste functionality
  • Alarms — Scheduled operations

All permissions are used solely for TeleSender functionality.

Yes, TeleSender supports:

  • Multiple attachments per message

What is AI Lead Scoring?

AI Lead Scoring analyzes Telegram user profiles to estimate their value as leads. It considers:

  • Username quality
  • Bio content
  • Profile completeness
  • Premium status

Results include a 0-100 score and segment (hot/warm/cold lead).

How do I create a campaign?

  1. Go to OptionsCampaigns
  2. Click "New Campaign"
  3. Follow the wizard:
    • Name and type
    • Source configuration
    • Message/action setup
    • Safety settings
    • Optional scheduling
  4. Click "Start" or schedule

Account Safety

What is FloodWait?

FloodWait is Telegram's rate limiting response. When you make too many requests, Telegram tells you to wait before continuing. TeleSender automatically:

  1. Pauses operations
  2. Waits the required time
  3. Adds buffer time for safety
  4. Resumes automatically

How do I avoid getting banned?

  1. Use Safe profile — Default recommended settings
  2. Start slow — Warm up new accounts gradually
  3. Respect limits — Don't exceed daily operation caps
  4. Vary timing — Use random delays
  5. Take breaks — Don't run 24/7

What if my account gets restricted?

If you receive a restriction:

  1. Stop all automation immediately
  2. Wait 24-48 hours minimum
  3. Use the account normally (manual messaging)
  4. Switch to Ultra Safe when resuming
  5. Reduce volume by 50%

What's the difference between anti-ban profiles?

Errors & Troubleshooting

"Session Expired" — What do I do?

Your Telegram session has been invalidated. To fix:

  1. Go to SettingsAccounts
  2. Remove the affected account
  3. Add the account again
  4. Complete verification

"PEER_FLOOD" — What does this mean?

This is a serious rate limit. Your account is temporarily restricted from certain actions.

Immediate actions:

  1. Stop all automation
  2. Wait 24-48 hours
  3. Use account manually only

When resuming:

  1. Use Ultra Safe profile
  2. Reduce daily volume significantly
  3. Monitor for repeat warnings

"USER_PRIVACY_RESTRICTED" — Why can't I message someone?

The user has privacy settings that prevent non-contacts from messaging them. This is normal — TeleSender automatically skips these users and continues with others.

"CHAT_ADMIN_REQUIRED" — Why can't I invite users?

You need admin permissions to invite users to a group. Verify:

  1. You're an admin in the target group
  2. Your admin rights include "Add Members"
  3. The group allows member additions

My campaign is stuck — What should I do?

  1. Check logs — Look for error patterns
  2. Try pause/resume — May clear temporary issues
  3. Check internet — Ensure stable connection
  4. Keep tab active — Browser throttling can affect operation

Scraping returns empty results — Why?

Possible causes:

  1. Wrong group selected — Verify selection
  2. Private channel — Some don't expose member lists
  3. Filters too strict — Relax filter settings
  4. Group empty — Some groups have few members

How do I cancel my subscription?

Data & Privacy

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API:

  • Contact databases
  • Campaign configurations
  • Scrape history
  • Session information

TeleSender servers only store:

  • Your account information
  • Subscription status
  • AI usage metrics

How do I export my data?

  1. Go to Contacts tab
  2. Select contacts to export
  3. Click "Export"
  4. Choose format (Excel or JSON)

How do I delete my data?

Clear local data:

  1. Right-click TeleSender icon
  2. Click "Options"
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Click "Clear All Data"

Is my Telegram session secure?

Yes. Telegram sessions are:

  • Stored locally only
  • Encrypted by Chrome
  • Never sent to TeleSender servers
  • Protected by Chrome's security model

Technical Questions

What browsers are supported?

TeleSender is designed for:

  • Google Chrome (recommended)
  • Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, etc.)

Firefox and Safari are not currently supported.

Why do I need to keep the browser open?

TeleSender runs as a browser extension and requires an active browser context. If you close Chrome:

  • Running campaigns pause
  • Scheduled operations won't start
  • Progress is saved and can resume

Can I run TeleSender on multiple computers?

Your TeleSender account can be used on multiple computers, but:

  • Each computer needs its own Telegram session
  • Running simultaneously may cause conflicts
  • We recommend one active installation

Does TeleSender work with VPNs?

Generally yes, but VPNs can:

  • Slow down operations
  • Cause connection issues with Telegram
  • Trigger additional rate limiting

Test with your specific VPN configuration.
