1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeleSender ("the Service"), including our Chrome extension, website, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TeleSender is a Chrome extension that provides Telegram marketing automation tools, including:

• API-based member scraping from Telegram groups and channels
• Bulk message sending with media attachments
• Automated user invitations to groups and channels
• Multi-account Telegram management
• Campaign building and scheduling tools
• AI-powered lead scoring and message optimization

3. User Accounts

To use TeleSender, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

TeleSender offers subscription-based access to premium features:

• Payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• We do not store payment card information; all payments are handled by our payment provider

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use TeleSender to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
• Violate Telegram's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Engage in illegal activities or promote illegal content
• Scrape data for purposes that violate user privacy
• Impersonate other individuals or organizations
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content
• Circumvent rate limits or anti-ban protections in harmful ways
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Telegram API Compliance

TeleSender uses Telegram's official MTProto API. You acknowledge that your use of TeleSender is also subject to Telegram's Terms of Service. We implement rate limiting and anti-ban protections, but we cannot guarantee that your Telegram account will not be restricted by Telegram for any violations of their policies.

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data. Telegram session data is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.

8. Intellectual Property

TeleSender and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by TeleSender and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business marketing purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOUR TELEGRAM ACCOUNTS WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELESENDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeleSender, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
