TeleSender offers a free tier and three paid plans. All paid plans include quarterly billing at 15% discount.

Free Plan — $0/month​

Get started with core features at no cost:

How to Subscribe​

  1. Go to your Billing Dashboard
  2. Choose your plan and billing interval (monthly or quarterly)
  3. Complete checkout via Dodo Payments (secure payment processor)
  4. Your subscription activates immediately

Managing Your Subscription​

View Current Plan​

Your current plan is displayed on:

  • The Billing page at tele-sender.com/billing
  • The extension Settings tab (shows plan name and daily limit)
  • The extension popup (free tier shows upgrade banner)

Upgrade or Downgrade​

Visit your Billing Dashboard to change plans. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Cancel Subscription​

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. After cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • After expiry, your account reverts to the Free plan
  • All your data (contacts, campaigns, scrape history) is preserved

Daily Limits​

How Send Limits Work​

Each plan has a daily message limit that covers both message sending and inviting:

  • The counter resets at midnight (local time)
  • If you hit the limit mid-campaign, the campaign stops gracefully
  • Already-sent messages are delivered
  • You can see remaining messages in the campaign logs

How AI Limits Work​

Each AI feature (Lead Scoring, Message Generation, Message Optimization) has its own separate counter:

For example, a Free user can score 5 leads AND generate 5 messages AND optimize 5 messages (15 total operations).

Lead scoring counts per lead (scoring 10 leads = 10 uses). Message generation and optimization count per request.

Payment History​

View all past payments on the Billing page. Each entry shows:

  • Date
  • Plan name
  • Amount
  • Status (succeeded, failed, refunded)
  • Transaction ID

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
