At TeleSender, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines our refund procedures for subscriptions purchased through our payment provider. We strive to be fair and transparent in all our refund decisions.
2. Payment Method
All TeleSender subscriptions are purchased using Dodo Payments, our secure payment provider. When requesting a refund, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
3. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- First-time subscribers within 7 days of initial purchase
- Technical issues preventing use of core features that cannot be resolved by support
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service significantly not as described
Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made more than 7 days after initial purchase
- Renewal payments (only first-time purchases qualify)
- Telegram account restrictions or bans resulting from misuse
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Change of mind after significant use of the service
- Inability to use due to user's own technical limitations
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Your Telegram ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Payment charge ID (found in your payment confirmation)
- Wait for our response — we typically respond within 24-48 hours
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method
- Your TeleSender subscription will be immediately cancelled
- Access to premium features will be revoked
- You will receive a confirmation message via email
6. Subscription Cancellation
Cancellation is different from a refund. When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will not auto-renew
- You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- No refund is provided for the remaining time in your billing period
- You can resubscribe at any time

7. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This may apply when you have used the service for a portion of the billing period but experienced significant issues. Partial refund amounts will be calculated based on the remaining unused time in your subscription.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may appeal by contacting our support team with additional information. We will review your case and provide a final decision within 5 business days. Our decision on appeals is final.
9. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests from users who appear to be abusing our refund policy. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds
- Using the service extensively before requesting a refund
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit the refund policy
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of TeleSender after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
