Before you contact us

Most issues are resolved by the three checks below — give them 30 seconds before opening a ticket.

  • Make sure Telegram Web (web.telegram.org) is open in the same browser and you are logged in. TeleSender reuses that session — if Telegram Web is logged out, the extension has no access.

  • Reload the extension: open chrome://extensions, toggle TeleSender off and back on, then reopen Telegram Web. This clears the most common "stuck" states.

  • Confirm you are within your plan's daily limit on the Dashboard. Messages silently queue when you hit the cap — upgrade or wait for the daily reset.

Common issues & quick fixes

Messages are not sending+

Check Telegram Web is logged in and your daily message cap isn't reached. If both are fine, your account may be rate-limited — switch to Anti-Ban profile 'Safe' in Settings and wait 15 minutes.

Scraper returns 0 members on a group that has members+

The admin likely hid the member list. Enable "Extract hidden members" in the Scraper panel — TeleSender will fall back to proprietary extraction methods.

Payment went through but my plan did not upgrade+

Plan activation is webhook-driven and normally arrives in under a minute. If it has been more than five minutes, email admin@tele-sender.com with the Dodo Payments transaction ID and we will reconcile manually.

AI features say "limit reached" too early+

Each AI tool (scorer, generator, optimizer) has its own per-tool daily quota. Check your Dashboard → AI Usage panel for the breakdown. Free plan has 5 uses per tool per day, Pro has 200.

Campaign paused itself+

The anti-ban system auto-pauses campaigns that hit three consecutive Telegram errors. Open the campaign, review the error log, and click 'Resume'. If errors repeat, lower the sending rate in the campaign settings.

Extension disappeared from my toolbar+

Click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome, find TeleSender, and pin it. Chrome sometimes unpins extensions after updates — this does not affect your data or subscription.
